CWP Constructors is currently undertaking the structural restoration of the Chateau Lacombe Hotel’s parking structure, a critical project designed to ensure the long-term safety and functionality of this aging structure. The restoration includes extensive structural repairs and the replacement of damaged precast concrete panels. The project is essential not only for the safety of the public but also to reopen river valley walking paths that were previously closed due to debris falling from the structure.
This project comes with a unique set of challenges, including working in an operational parkade with ongoing public access, performing repairs at significant heights, and addressing complex technical issues associated with an aging structure. Despite these challenges, CWP is committed to delivering a high-quality, safe, and timely restoration, ensuring the parking structure meets modern safety standards while minimizing disruption to the hotel’s operations and the public.
