This contract contains two bridge rehabilitations along Highway 16 in Jasper National Park. The Fiddle River Bridge is a concrete girder three-span, two-lane bridge and the Snaring River Bridge is a concrete girder six-span, two-lane bridge. The scopes of work included concrete cold milling, deck overhang demo, and partial depth repairs to the deck as well as deck strengthening using external stirrups. It also included partial depth repairs to the piers, replacement of deck joints, concrete overlay, cast-in-place concrete barriers, installation of bridge rail, approach asphalt, girder jacking and bearing pad replacement.
